Who is responsible?

IpiWow is provided by Vexnexa. Parents and guardians can contact info@vexnexa.com with privacy questions or requests.

Game data stays on your device

The game stores a chosen nickname, age or age group, avatar, random player ID, progress and settings on your device to select suitable difficulty and let you continue playing. Use a nickname; no real name, full date of birth or email address is required.

The app does not send this game data to us, advertisers or analytics services. We cannot view or restore your local profile remotely. Depending on your Apple settings, app data may be included in an Apple device backup. You manage those backups through iOS.

Optional reminders

In versions that include parent settings, you can choose a knowledge moment or family quiz reminder. Reminders are off by default. iOS only asks permission after you choose to enable them. Scheduling and notification content are processed locally by iOS; the app does not register a push token with our server.

Reminders contain no nickname, age or score. Turn them off in parent settings or manage notification permission in iOS Settings. Features may differ between app versions.

Storage and deletion

Local profiles remain until you delete them or clear the app data. Use the profile overview to delete a profile and its progress. Deleting the app removes local app data; manage any device backups separately through Apple. We do not receive a copy of local profiles, so you do not need to contact us to delete them.

When you contact support

If you email us, we receive your email address and anything you choose to send. We use this to answer your question and investigate issues, based on our legitimate interest in providing support. Please do not send children's names, photos or other personal data. Device model, iOS version, app version and a description of the issue are usually enough.

Support messages are retained as long as needed to resolve the request and follow-up questions, or as required by law. Email and hosting providers may process communications to deliver these services. We do not use support information for advertising.

This website and Apple services

We do not add advertising or analytics trackers to this website. The hosting provider may process essential technical data such as IP address, request time and requested page to deliver and secure the website.

Apple handles App Store purchases and TestFlight under its own terms and privacy policy. If you share TestFlight feedback or crash reports, we may receive that information to improve the game. Apple Privacy Policy.

Your rights and changes

For personal data we receive through support, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability where applicable. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Contact the email address above. You may also complain to the Dutch Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens or your local supervisory authority.

We update this notice if our data practices change. The date above shows its most recent revision.

Your choices and local backups

Profile deletion removes a profile from active game storage. Earlier local or device backups may still contain data until replaced or removed. Offloading an iPhone app keeps its data and is not the same as deleting it. See our deletion instructions, including how to request deletion of support correspondence.

There is no cloud sync or online player database operated by Vexnexa. We do not sell your personal data. This website has no account or contact form and no advertising or analytics cookies added by us. Email links open your email app without automatically sending a message.

Website hosting and service providers

This website is delivered through OpenAI Sites on Cloudflare infrastructure. These providers process technical request data for delivery and security; processing may take place outside your country. See their privacy information for details: OpenAI · Cloudflare.
