Common questions
Where can I download IpiWow?
The public iPhone release is being prepared. Once IpiWow is available on the App Store, you will find the download link on our home page. Android will follow later.
Where is game progress saved?
On the device you play on. A local profile is not an online account. Keep the app installed to preserve progress. Updates should retain existing profiles; please tell us if they do not. We cannot restore local progress remotely.
How do I delete a profile?
Open the profile overview from the home screen, choose the profile and its delete option. Check your selection carefully: deleting a profile also removes its progress.
Why is there no sound?
Check the iPhone volume and any Bluetooth headphones, then check the game sound setting and the separate music, effects and hourglass volumes. The stop screen intentionally pauses all game audio.
How do reminders work?
In versions with parent settings, choose up to two weekly knowledge or family quiz moments. Reminders are off and silent by default and require iOS permission. Focus and Scheduled Summary can affect delivery. Older app versions do not have this menu.
How do I stop playing?
The stop button saves progress and stops music and timers. Swipe up from the bottom or press the Home button to leave the game. To fully terminate it, open the iOS app switcher and swipe the app window up. On Mac, the quit button closes the game.
A question or translation seems wrong.
Email the category, level, language and question text. Include the selected age group, without the child's name or date of birth.
How do I choose language and difficulty?
Profile age selects the 5–8, 9–12 or 13–16 difficulty group. Edit the profile to adjust it. Settings offer Dutch, English, German, Spanish, French, European Portuguese and Tagalog.

Android and data deletion
The Android release is being prepared separately. There is no public Google Play download link on this website yet. You do not need an online account to play the current game.
